This allows us the opportunity to focus 100% of our attention and efforts on helping YOU through one-on-one 60-minute treatment sessions, rather than putting our energy into battling with insurance companies. Yes! We can accept HSA and FSA benefits.
No. Massachusetts is a Direct Access state, and that means you can come directly to PT without a prescription from your doctor. In our evaluation, we will screen for things that might require more intervention and refer out if needed. But being able to go right to PT can save time (and money), and get you back to feeling better quicker.
All sessions are 60 minutes, spent completely 1-on-1 with your Doctor of Physical Therapy.
This is dependent on what you’ve got going on, but most of our patients only need between 6-10 visits. An accurate estimation can be made after your initial evaluation.
It depends on your goals/injury and how quickly you want to get to your goals. We typically see personal training clients an average of 2x/week and physical therapy clients 1-3x/week depending on where in their recovery cycle they are.

Comfortable workout attire. We’ll be moving a lot, so whatever you’re comfortable moving in is perfect. If you prefer working out in pants, it is best to bring a pair of shorts as well.
Yes, we have a changing room, lockers, and complimentary toiletries available.
No, in most cases. We will discuss your injury history more on your discovery call and can advise if imaging is needed prior to coming in. If you already have had imaging done, we may ask you to send us a copy to review prior to your appointment.
We offer in-person sessions as well as virtual options. So if you’re looking for “physical therapy near me” you can come to our physical therapy clinic in Boston, MA. Otherwise, we can meet virtually over Zoom or FaceTime. We also offer online programming for self-led workouts.
