After working with lots of people with pain and stiffness, we know that no two people are alike. Each person has a different body, a different history, and different types of pain. That is why we start with an open conversation and plenty of time for you to tell your story.
Once we get a deeper understanding of what’s going on, we can find the real cause of your pain and how it’s impacting your life.

Step 2:
Enhance
Once we address and restore you back to a sense of normal, we begin to enhance your ability to handle the stress you put your body through. We develop a holistic and progressive treatment plan. This treatment plan will be tailored specifically to you and your goals, and will get you back running, exercising, or training even during your recovery period.
As a result, you will get stronger, become pain-free, and get back on track to reach your goals more effectively and efficiently.

Once we get you back to exercising pain free, we’ll implement strategies to get you performing at an even higher level than you were prior to your injury. We’ll also implement strategies to “bulletproof” your body to decrease the likelihood of future injuries occurring.
